SHAREHOLDERS' CONGRESS
With the operation period of 4 year, the Congress is the highest organ which will propose and approve all new strategies in research and development of the Company.
Since the foundation, this Congress have been held every 6 months and established functional departments and most important positions like the Board of Management,
Investigating Board and the Managing Directors. BOARD OF MANAGERS
This organ is formed by the Shareholders' Congress and it manages, supervises all the business activities which strategized by the Shareholders' Congress during its period of operation.

This organ's functionality is to supervise all the activities of the Board of Management during its period of operation.
